This one-bedroom residence features a 9-foot archway between the living room to kitchen to capture the natural light and openness between the spaces. The kitchen has been meticulously styled with accessories for your use. The kitchen design includes honed viola marble counters, handmade hardware and aged brass hanging rack. The appliances are all Bertazzoni with professional range oven. The residence open to the exterior with Italian bricks descend to a private outdoor courtyard. The courtyard is nestled behind gates and a tall mature surrounding hedge. A 6-foot outdoor table expands to 9 feet to accommodate larger outdoor dining aand social events.

Natural light and greenery surrounds the residence. Linen window coverings throughout for privacy in both the living room and bedroom.
Residence One includes ample storage space that includes a 6-drawer dresser and wardrobe unit in the bedroom, deep linen closet in the hallway, and an 8 foot walk in closet for large store items off the living room.
Throughout the residence, an assortment of books and objects are curated for your stay.
Residence Two
This two-bedroom residence offers a formal dining room, kitchen, living room and two large bedrooms, each that include a king-size bed. The kitchen is fitted with Bertazzoni appliances throughout and a unique set of curated accessories and kitchenware. The archway from the kitchen leads to a formal dining room with seating for 6 or more.
